Inspired by our cuisine, and based on the adage, 'What grows together, goes together', Azura offers a selection of wines from the Mediterranean, as well as the major viticultural regions on the world.

Azura offers a wine pairing option with our tasting menu that highlights our favourite Mediterranean wines.

Cocktails

Our cocktail program takes inspiration from Chef Adam Ryan's sensibilities of local and seasonal ingredients used at their best with minimal intervention. All of our cocktails pay tribute to our Mediterranean foundation with Canadian ingredients.
